If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Services

Klevro provides AI-powered tools for auto repair shops, including but not limited to AI voice handling, scheduling, car status tracking, and analytics. We may modify, enhance, or discontinue features from time to time.

3. Accounts and Responsibility

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Customer Data and AI Processing

"Customer Data" means information submitted to or processed by the Services, including content handled by AI agents. You retain ownership of Customer Data. You grant Klevro a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services, comply with law, and ensure safety and reliability. We implement reasonable safeguards to protect Customer Data.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Services to violate laws or third-party rights.
• Do not upload malicious code, attempt to access others’ data, or interfere with Service integrity.
• Do not use the Services to generate or disseminate harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content.

6. Integrations and Third Parties

The Services may interoperate with third-party products or services at your direction. Your use of third-party offerings is governed by their terms and privacy policies. Klevro is not responsible for third-party products and services.

7. Fees and Payment

Paid plans, if applicable, are billed per the pricing and terms you accept at checkout or in a written order. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for taxes and any applicable charges.

8. Intellectual Property

Klevro and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, models, and related intellectual property. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services.

9. Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party agrees to protect such information using reasonable measures and use it only as necessary to perform under these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KLEVRO AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Klevro and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

15. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the changes.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
